Assistant Manager / Executive (IT) – Application Developments

Engage with business leaders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements
Develop and optimize SQL queries for maximum performance and efficiency
Create detailed technical diagrams for system architecture and data flows
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Incorporate security best practices and conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
Provide prompt and effective support to users experiencing technical issues

A degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Banking or Financial sector
Technical expertise in one of the following languages:
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET, and WSO2 Enterprise Integrator, with strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Core enterprise applications
- OR Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA for developing scalable enterprise applications
Proven expertise in system architecture and Web API development (REST & SOAP), supported by strong knowledge of RDBMS platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
Technically proficient, governance-oriented, and familiar with Risk, Audit, and Compliance functions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
