Regional Leasing Officer – East Region position at Seylan Bank:
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

Identify new business opportunities and organize leasing campaigns within the designated region.

Achieve individual set sales and profitability targets.

Prepare lead generation proposals for line manager approvals.
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by addressing inquiries and concerns.
-
Implement customer retention strategies to enhance long-term business relationships.
-
Oversee the timely recovery of outstanding payments and debts.
-
Implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes in adherence to bank guidelines.
-
Conduct field visits to locate delinquent customers for recovery and investigation purposes.

Coordinate with branches in the designated region to streamline and expedite the legal file transferring process.
The Person (Experience & Qualifications)

Experience: A minimum of 5–6 years of experience in Banking with exposure to Leasing, Marketing, and Sales.

Knowledge: Sound knowledge of leasing and lending products.
-
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with good communication abilities.

Added Advantage: Full or part professional qualification in Marketing or Sales.
